Partnerships

A partnership is a formal arrangement by two or more parties to manage and operate a business

and share its profits. there are several types of partnership arrangements. in particular, in partnership business, all partners share liabilities and profits equally, while in others, partners have limited liability.

Two Questions – “Why has Rotorua District Council committed $38M including buildings of the ratepayer’s funds (debt and interest) to the Forest Hub combined with the Long Mile Road upgrade, if they don’t own the land? Why are the ratepayer’s not getting a share of profit with the private enterprise being set up at the Forest Hub?

After all, “Success is best when its shared”. Howard Schultz. Otherwise, if you invest in a partnership to make a loss or no return, it could only be deemed a “Clayton’s partnership”.
