Rip-off or Knock-off?

Now that the long awaited Hemo Sculpture is in place, I can’t decide whether its a rip-off or a knock-off?

A rip-off is a bad financial transaction. Usually it refers to an incident in which a person is overcharged

for something, or receives goods or services not of the standard expected price

The colloquial term knock-off is often used interchangeably with counterfeit. Knock-off products are

those that copy or imitate the physical appearance of other products.

The design principle proportion refers to the size and scale of the various elements in a design.

In short, its underwhelming, undersized, over budget, overpromised and underdelivered.
