It is widely rumoured that the Council are raising rates by more than 8%. Really? After the Prime Minister has asked councils to freeze or cut rates? When people have lost their jobs and businesses are struggling? What happened to your mantra “be kind” Steve? You should practice what you preach. Shame on you.
